• 20th Friday, 9am-5pm, Intermediate bike mechanic training, full day, fully funded. Limited spaces! Contact info@alwoodley2030.org for more info.

• 24th Sign Making and Tin Can Wildlife Making Party at Room 17, Allerton CE Room 17, 4:30-6pm - Please rsvp to info@alwoodley2030.org. Children welcome with their own adult supervision.

April

• 17th Cycle Leader Training. We're building the capacity of our local cycle hub, Alwoodley Active Travel, by having some local recreational cycle leaders trained. This fully funded opportunity is offered by Seacroft Cycles. Contact info@alwoodley2030.org for more info. Limited spaces.

• 20th Does your child attend an Alwoodley state primary school? [Alwoodley Primary, Wigton Moor, Highfield, St Paul's, Brodetsy, Allerton CE, Primley Wood). Make a 

pledge to actively travel to school w/c 18th May - Walk to School Week. Participating children earn a butterfly or bee badge!

• 24th Bike MOT at Alwoodley Primary School (Alwoodley Pimary families only)

May

• 1st Bike MOT at St Paul's Primary School (St Paul's Primary only) 

• 4th Guided Cycle Ride around Eccup Reservoir. Register Here. 

• 7th Bike MOT at Brodetsky Primary School (Brodetsky families only). 

• 17th Walk to School Week Kickoff Event. Theme: Walking with Wildlife Room 17 @Allerton CE Primary School (open to all), 2-4pm

  • • • Small Group Cycle Tour to Open Gardens Day, leaves from Allerton CE Primary at 10:50, register here.

      • Small Group Cycle Tour to Open Gardens Day, leaves from Allerton CE Primary at 2:50pm, register here.

      • Plant swap

      • Bike decorating. Get your bike, scooter or roller skates decorated with wildlife theme for Walk to School Week.

      • Bring an old shoe/boot to make a outdoor planter.

      • Dr. Bike - Open to all. Get your bike checked and tuned up for Walk to School Week.

      • Police Marking.- West Yorkshire Police will register and mark your bike so it's searchable in the event of theft.
