Make a pledge to walk, cycle, scoot to work and school here, and pop down to the event to add your pledge to the Pledge Tree
Small Group Cycle Tour to Open Gardens Day, leaves from Allerton CE Primary at 11:45am - 1:30pm , register here. This tour will start at Allerton CE Primary, and stop along gardens along the Wildflower corridor throughout Nursery Lane and the Lingfields, including a photo exhibition at Lingfiled Living Local, into the Belvederes, Sandhills and HighAshes.
Small Group Cycle Tour to Open Gardens Day, leaves from Allerton CE Primary at 2:15 pm - 4pm, register here. This tour will start from Allerton CE Primary and visit gardens in the Tynwalds, Buckstones, Windemere Drive, Alwoodley Lane and Mount Gardens.
Plant swap hosted by our nature friendly gardeners and incredible edible members.
Bike, shoe and wellie boot decorating. Get your bike, scooter or roller skates decorated with wildlife theme for Walk to School Week. Hosted by the Balbir Singh Dance Company and supported by local artist, Tamar Ziv.

Family Cycle Lessons by Cycle North - Learn to cycle confidently as a family. 12:00 - 1:30 Session, register here. 1:30 - 3:00 session, register here.
Dr. Bike - Open to all. Get your bike checked and tuned up for Walk to School Week. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Register here.
Police Marking.- West Yorkshire Police will register and mark your bike so it's searchable in the event of theft. (TBC)

Repair Cafe - Bring your broken stuff! Volunteer fixers help you to fix it, not ditch it.
Butterfly Conservancy - Design your own Wild Space and sow seeds to support butterflies! By Coordinator Josh Shaw.

18th - 22nd Walk to School Week - All seven state primary schools in Alwoodley work together to reduce car trips and increase active, sustainable travel.
Theme: Walking with Wildlife! Make a pledge to Walk, Cycle or Scoot to School this week and your children will earn a badge.
